Bafureira – São Pedro beach

A small stretch of sand conveniently close to São Pedro train station.

Praia de Sao Pedro Avenida Marginal 4350, Cascais

This is a quite beach where you will find mostly locals, It is backed by pretty rocky cliffs on both sides and it is well served with plenty of free parking space and nice esplanades serving from small snacks to complete meals. It’s most likely you can find varied fresh fish options for a nice meal on the sea side.

There’s a good slipway to launch jet skis and small boats.
This is also a good surf spot backup when Carcavelos is too blown out and usually less crowded as well.
